ECHO — Customer Signal Intelligence

An AI-powered Customer Signal Intelligence platform — a prototype SaaS app that turns scattered customer noise (tickets, reviews, calls, feedback forms) into the handful of signals that actually matter, instead of another dashboard full of raw data.

Role
Solo builder — problem to working prototype
Method
Signal clustering design, prompt engineering
Scope
Customer intelligence, SaaS prototype
The problem

Customer feedback is everywhere — and nowhere useful

Support tickets, reviews, sales call notes and survey responses all carry signal, but they live in different tools, in different formats, read by different teams. By the time a pattern is visible to a human, it's usually already cost the business something.

Solution

ECHO: noise in, ranked signal out

INGEST

One place for scattered customer noise

Tickets, reviews, calls and feedback all land in a single stream instead of staying siloed in the tool each one was captured in.

CLUSTER

Noise clustered into named signals

Individual complaints and comments get grouped into recurring themes, so "17 people said this" replaces 17 separate tickets nobody connected.

RANK

Signals ranked by what actually matters

Clustered signals are ranked by frequency and severity, so the loudest theme in the room isn't mistaken for the most important one.

Prototype

A working signal platform, not a static dashboard

ECHO is built and live — ingestion, clustering and signal ranking all work end to end in the prototype below.

Process

Built on nine years of reading customer noise for a living

Discovery
Problem discovery — drew directly on years of triaging support tickets to define what "signal" actually looks like versus noise.
Flow
Signal architecture — designed how raw feedback gets ingested, clustered into themes, and ranked.
Prompts
Prompt engineering — wrote the clustering and ranking prompts that turn free-text noise into named, comparable signals.
Output
Build — shipped a working, clickable prototype on Lovable rather than leaving the concept as a deck.
