Framework

AARRR, mapped end to end before prioritizing anything

Growth ideas are easy to generate and easy to misprioritize. Before scoring anything, I mapped the entire funnel — Acquisition through Revenue — to make sure the five epics covered real gaps, not just the loudest ones.

Acquisition
How new users find and land on the platform.
Activation
Whether a new signup reaches a first meaningful action — following, posting, or engaging.
Retention
Whether the user comes back without a push notification doing the work.
Referral
Whether the product creates its own distribution through invites and shares.
Revenue
Where monetizable intent exists and where it currently leaks.

01 · ACTIVATION

Onboarding friction fix

Highest RICE score of the five — the single biggest lever on the whole funnel. New users dropping before activation can't be retained, referred, or monetized.

02 · ACTIVATION

First-action prompt

Get every new signup to one meaningful action — a follow, a post, or a reply — inside the first session.

03 · RETENTION

Re-engagement notifications

Bring lapsed users back with relevance-driven prompts instead of generic re-engagement blasts.

04 · REFERRAL

Invite & share loop

Make sharing a post or profile an organic distribution channel, not an afterthought.

05 · REVENUE

Creator monetization nudge

Surface monetization paths to creators at the moment their content is already performing.
